Applications general

Over the last 40 years HAUX respectively before Guehring Automation as designed various machines including automation for different industries as for automotive, wood cutting industry, clamping systems, gears and more. See some machines summarized as SPECIAL machines in X-Line below.

SPECIAL MACHINES

High-speed grinding machines, e.g. for universal grinding (XU), cylindrical grinding (XO), cut-off grinding (XC), deep grinding (XD), robot loops (XR), helical loops (XH) or moulded loops (XF). Proven machine concepts from projects over the last 30 years. Automation concepts such as portals or robot automation as well as the integration of the machine into the IT infrastructure according to customer requirements.

XFG

Shape grinding of shanks to produce square, polygonal or polygonal shapes. Typically used for drills or taps.

XCC

Cutting of parts or grinding of grooves unique as for collets. With unique automation for loading/unloading.

XDL

Extra-long and solid version of the XDG machine for very long parts. With the option of complex automation for turning and unloading plus cleaning the parts.

XUX

XDG

Deep flute grinding with high infeed (HEDG grinding) for all straight flutes. Standard machine setup.

XRG

New patented automation concept for grinding tools with a robot. Prototype realised in the first phase with a new approach, but still under development.

XHE

Powerful machine for spiral grinding of grooves between moving centres. Very strong machine design with large B-axis for adjusting the spiral angle.

XUM

Powerful universal grinding machine with 40 and more kW spindle power. Machine for high cutting performance, but with flexibility in the parts ground on the machine.
