HAUX has a wide range of machines due to the modular design of the machines and the history of 30 years. The machines are classified according to the application, required operation(s) and lot size. Evaluating in the end by cost per piece, this results in the machine concept. There are four main categories of machines: Universal machines (U), MULTI station machines (M), SINGLE operation machines (S) and special machines (X).
Machines for one operation with corresponding automation concepts. Process-safe machines with HAUX-typical long lifetimes. Machine lines are SP-Line for point grinding (conical, split, pilot) and SM-Line as for square or chamfer grinding. Coming soon ST-Line for threading of tools and SO-Line for OD-grinding of tools.
Universal grinding machines in various performance and accuracy classes. Automation concepts from robot loading to integration into the IT infrastructure. UE-Line 15 kW with modular setup for best price. UP-line for highest accuracy requirements with 25 kW. UM-line with 35 kW and UN-line with 55 kW/90 kW for high output still keeping universal setup but very stong powered spindle drive.
Machine concepts with 2 or 3 workstations based on one control on one base body. High degree of automation and word-class efficiency even for small batch sizes. MS-line max. 3kW spindle power with 3 workstations (rough grinding, OD and 3/5/6 axis finish), MM-Line max. 35 kW rough grinding first station and modular second station. MN-Line classic machines max. 90kW coming from NU-machines.
High-speed grinding machines e.g. for universal grinding (XU), cylindrical grinding (XO), cut-off grinding (XC), deep grinding (XD), robot grinding (XR), helical grinding (XH) or form grinding (XF). Proven machine concepts from projects covering last 30 years. Automation concepts as portals or robot automation as well as integration of the machine into the IT-infrastructure accoring to customer demand.
