Projects

Professional project implementation with project plan and transfer of the machine to CAD as necessary. Purchase of a new control system and software if necessary. Review of safety concepts and definition of requirements for CE conformity. Typical project contents as follows:

Disassembly of the assemblies and cleaning of the parts. Checking the parts and assessing their condition. Preparation of parts lists for procurement parts and procurement. Assembly after receipt of new and reworked parts. Overhaul of guides. Replacement of all wear parts (especially bearings/guides).

New procurement of electrical parts and controls. Drawing up the parts list for procurement parts. Old parts go into the warehouse as spare parts. Basically new cables and electrical parts.

Preparation of parts lists and assembly drawings according to agreement. CE conformity and documentation according to legal requirements.
